How to set up sunsync connect app again
Had a solar panel/ heat pump installation about 2 weeks, installer set up phone with sunsync app and it worked for 2 weeks,
had a smart meter installed yesterday and can no longer access the app . I need some assistance please to set it up again. where can I find the necessary information

thanks for your reply and your interest. , I contacted both sunsynk and the installers of solar panel and sent some photos. it looks as if the octopus installer had fitted the white clamp to the cable to/from the new meter the wrong way round, so no usage was showing and everything was being channelled to the battery,( jumped from 20% to 48% charged. in 24 hours ) Under instruction from fitter I removed and reversed the clamp so the arrow was pointing the other way and the sunsync app started working again. So problem appears to have been caused by incorrect installation by octopus regards,
