Hi there, if a Sunsynk inverter is installed with a Dyness battey is there an extended warranty of 10 years on the inverter?

I believe to have the 10yr warranty you need to have sunsynk inverter and sunsynk batteries installed by an approved installed at the same time. That’s what sunsynk UK told me
