Technical Support

Hi. My installer didn't program my Sunsynk inverter, the batteries have stayed at 20% charge all the time. I have cheap electric 11:30pm to 5:30am and I would like to charge the batteries from the grid during that time and then use it during the day. I have set up the timings as per below, but nothing has changed and there is still no charging overnight, any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks.
