"Use timer" ticked - in "system mode" forces battery to be used even though there is grid available - is inverter faulty?
Hi All , I have had my system for almost 2 weeks now and this issue is occurring.
A) The moment I tick , "use timer"in the system mode , the inverter starts to discharge the battery. This is regardless of the fact that there is grid power and the SOC is set to 100%. Having grid ticked or not also does not make a difference. In all cases by having the "use timer" ticked it turns off the grid and uses the battery.
The moment I Untick " use timer" , then the grid kicks in and starts to charge the battery.
B) Its been suggested to me that it could be that the inverter needs to "learn my patterns" , and after about 2 weeks it should be behaving as expected. This seems very strange. Could you clarify ?
