Batteries not charging
Hi everyone, very new to all this and not got off to a good start
Since installation last week, my batteries have remained at 20% with no charge or discharge
I've noticed in the app gen charging figures all at 20%, but I don't have permission to change them
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Paul

To change it you will need to hassel the installer who restricted the access to give you access, or tell the install to fix it ;-)
