L5.1 batteries showing a temperature of -100C!
Hi, I have just had a SunSynk inverter & 2 x SynSynk L5.1 batteries installed. Ever since they were installed (on 9th February) the battery temperature has shown as -100C ! (I know the UK is cold but not this cold!) The room where the inverter and batteries are installed in at least 20C. The installer advises that they have definitely used the correct cables that came with the system. I can see all of the other parameters (power drawn, SOC, voltage and current drawn) and they appear to be correct. During installation, the inverter had to be powered off and back on [due to an RCD trip] but the batteries weren't. Is it worth trying to power down everything and then bring the inverter back on followed by the batteries?

Batteries are not communicating, either cabling is incorrect (wrong pinout, or just plugged in into wrong port) or configuration.
can you show some photos of the batteries and inverter connections.
