New update discrepancy

Hello

On the 24th of August my firmware was upgraded to COMM:e406-MCU:3869.

Since then I have had several discrepancies. (Please see pictures for reference and current settings.)

1) In the evening my inverter resorts to using more grid power instead of battery power. Solarman and inverter both show this.

2) The battery has more than 60% charge in the morning.

3) Solarman Smart reporting does not match with the inverter display. During the day when generated power is sent to non-priority loads (pool pump) Solarman reports it as power exported to the grid while the inverter shows nothing being exported.

4) Solarman reports I am now using only half of the total power I used to use before the upgrade. Down to +/- 20Kw from +/- 40Kw a day.

Is Solarman or the inverter correct?

For points 3 & 4 I can understand that there may be an interface problem that SunSynk and Solarman needs to resolve.

How do I ensure that battery power is used instead of grid in the event that there still is an active grid supply? Right now I am only generating half the power I used to generate before due to the near constant high charge levels on the batteries.

System specifications:

Inverter Type8.8 kw

Data Logger Number SN: 1727213388 PWD: 3193062d

Inverter Number: 2003144152

Current version of software MCU: Ver3854

System: 20 x 405W Canadian Solar panels - 10 facing north, 6 facing west 4 facing east (southern hemisphere optimisation), 4 x 4,8KWH 100Ah Shoto Li-ion batteries (SDA10-48100L5). System is 3 months old.

@Adiel ZA Sorry Adiel that was a typo, it should have said 80% in the morning.

I'd rather use the lower setting as it lowers my grid consumption.
