Difficulty commissioning SYNK 5K sg04lp1
I'm trying to commission my inverter for the first time. I have green lights on DC, AC. Normal. No light on Alarm. However the control LCD is not working. it is dark. Can't find any problem. Blue light on on/off button is on. Any ideas, please

Sounds bad. Can you see anything faintly on the display is you use a torch / flashlight? If you can then it is 'just' a display back light fault and the inverter should still work using the WiFi / app or SolarAssistant. Not much help I know but at least you can check the system out. Looks like a warranty return job.
