How to change battery discharge amps
We have a Sunsync 16 KW inverter, and have recently added a 3rd GSL 10.24kw battery. The batteries have been wired in parallel. From the data sheet the batteries can discharge at 120amps each so when in parallel this could in theory be 360 amps. I don't need that much discharge, however I do need about 160amps as we are off grid Island mode and need to run a 7.5kw shower during no daylight hours sometimes. (It works fine as long as I have about 400w from the solar panels. From the attached to pics it can be seen I have amended the battery type screen to 160amp discharge, however when I go to the LI BMS screen it is still showing 120amps. So when I try to run the shower just from the batteries the inverter runs into a problem and comes up with a F56 code and shuts down. QUESTION How can I amend the discharge ampage in the inverter to stop this happening?
