Overcurrent/Under voltage suggestion

We have a 48Kw 3 phase system consisting of 4x12Kw inverters. The load is split between essentials (UPS) loads (4Kw) and non essential loads of about 30Kw on the AUX port.

Occasionally we get an overcurrent/undervoltage on 1 inverter if say maintenance starts up a big welder on the AUX load. This causes a Parallel system stop and all power disappears while the system resets itself.

Is there a way the firmware could be made to just drop the aux load and maintain the essential load while we are rectifying the issue on the AUX side ?

It is a little odd that one inverter is having an issue as they should be sharing the load. Is it possible that the settings are a different on this inverter, although they should be the same as the master.

Have you checked the battery connection to t his inverter.

I should have also asked, are all the batteries connected in parallel to a common DC bus and then the inverters connect to that bus?
