Battery being charged when getting close to 20% during the day

As you can see from myscreen grab - the battery is taking a charge in the night time which is normal up to 80%. But in the afternnon where there has been not much sun, the battery is run down to 20% and then it should wait until 00:30 to charge up but instead it appears to be charging when there are spikes in the load. Instead of the grid just meeting the load from the house, the battery seesm to be drawing a charge.

Any ideas why as I only want to charge the battery from the grid between 00:00 and 09:00.? If the battery drops to 20% I want the grid to supply the load but not charge the battery! Thanks

"activate" is only for charging dead batteries that inverter would refuse to charge otherwise.
