Inverter Screen and App not working
5kW inverter, 2x batteries and 8 panels installed by SolarPower.co.za on December 1st.2022. Worked well.
Om 13th March App stopped working..Informed installer who referred to Euan at Sunsink (Sunsynk ZA?) on 15th.
He suggests Inverter to be removed for repairs. Since then no whatsApp messages have been read by either party and no further communication.

Then after promise of upgrade March 15

Please somebody help
Installer and Sunsynk South africa deaf and dumb.
The system works but no data anywhere

Thanks for reply but I logged out and back in on Computer, Tablet and phone many times - No go. See pics - App went down on 13th and upgrade apparently on 15th. Just got worse.
