Sunsynk 5KW askes for 6 digit pass code?
Hi guys, I have installed and setup another Sunsynk 5kw inverter with a BSL Battery and a Couple of Solar panels.
The system was setup and working wonderfully, until I ticked the "lockout changes" tick box by mistake...
It now does not show any normal screens with stats etc, it just shows the following screen: Help please, how do I proceed to get it resolved so the normal screens and settings are available as before?

I almost forgot about getting back to this forum, This issue has been resolved.
What one needs to do, is to have one's proof of purchase ready - preferably from the supplier where one as an installer buys it from, then call the Sunsynk UK number provided on their website, follow the prompts to technical department, forward them the proof of purchase via email, answer a few questions, confirm serial numbers etc...The friendly Lady on the other end of the call, will return with the unlock code. 😉 Save the unlock code and of course enter the code provided onto the Sunsynk inverter.
