Battery not being charged by Inverter
Hi All,
I have come across this problem now 4 times in total on separate installs and they have all been UPS (back up only) installs. All the systems are 5Kw inverters paired with the CatL 5Kwh Sunsynk battery.
The install works fine for anything from 2-4 months then recently the inverter does not initiate charge from the grid after a power faliure or loadshedding and the battery ends up going past the shut off percentage with out turning off the inverter. I have had these inverters firmware updated and that usually sorts out the issue but I have 1 particular unit that is not kicking in to charge even after the update.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
