Power Flow displaying as "0W"
Over the past month or so, I have been intermittently experiencing a problem with the Sunsynk web portal AND the Sunsynk app in that the Power Flow graph shows "0W" in all 4 corners of Solar, Grid, Battery and Load... see attached image.
However the "Energy Generation" graph continues to build as per normal, which tells me that the data is still syncing from the WiFi logger. It just seems that the real-time "Power Flow" is not displaying correctly.
Is this a general / cloud / data-server issue or something related only to my installation?

Hi Chris - no, it is still very intermittent. I probably check the app every 30 mins or so, and the Power Flow flips between showing the actual data and showing "0W" continuously.
When it is showing "0W", the "Energy Generation" graph further down in the app screen looks to be delayed by anything between 30mins to 1 hr... so this looks to be a cloud/data synchronisation or uploading issue between the app and the server.
Does Sunsynk Technical support read these forums and provide any answers?
