Sunsynk app on iPad
Hi. Since the latest update the app on my iPad no longer displays the diagram of power flows. I have deleted it and reinstalled it but there was no difference. This is happening on other iPads as well.

I created a ticket with Susynk which they acknowledged and just sent 2 emails
The first saying they would close the ticket as corrected even though they state it is not rectified of which I responded by reminding them as such
The second said could I please inform them within 48 hours of the email if not corrected otherwise they will close the ticket
So can someone bring some reason to this contradiction
