Clarification on earth bond neutral bonding

Hi all, in the training manual I came across this image regarding the earth bond, looking at it implies that the Neutral connections are bonded together and then the load neutral is connected to the normally open earth, have I interpreted this correctly?

Another error in the manual..... "If an Earth Bond is required between neutral and earth and your system is a hybrid system, then you can have a permanent earth wire since this can cause faults with an RCD before the inverter." This is bollocks, they mean ...you can NOT have a permanent earth... Other errors include, but are not limited to... the "EACH Bond relay" on the drawing at the top of this post. Also, I am 100% sure it is a bad idea to link the neutrals together as shown in their drawing. If the grid power goes off the unit should isolate it's self from the supply, but if the neutrals are joined like that you are still connected to the incoming grid cable. Under some fault conditions this could be live!
