HELP: CT Ratio explanation? 2000:1
please can someone explain the "CT Ratio:" option in advanced settings?
mine is set to 2000:1
Im looking to solve a problem where my battery is saying it is supplying more than my load and someone suggested adjusting the CT ratio, but i dont know whether to adjust up/down. is it a percentage or absolute?
It seems off by only 50W over night (Batt= 170w, load = 120w)
but can be as high as 150W when normal load applied Batt= 2.6kw, load = 2.45kw
and 400W difference when heavy load applied Batt=5.4kw, Grid=4.59kw, Load=9.6kw load is applied like in the example below.
these minor differences will accumulate over time., I believe the battery reading over the load reading. would adjusting the CT Ratio in advance options help me balance it so my stats are more accurate? and if so what should i adjust to?
So to check it you could read the current in 1 of the grid lines, and in 1 of the ct coil lines, and if its 2000 times then it's correct.
Is that right?
