I agree. The fact that they do not put up a notice advising about the outage and only send it out after the event is just poor management.
I have enjoyed the chat, but I am going to call it a day as it is now almost 12:30am and I need to get some shut eye. Please keep up the good work. I enjoy reading your comments.
