8 kW Inverter drawing from Eskom when battery available

Hi Folks - this morning I noticed that my load was 3052W, with 990W coming from Eskom and 2084W coming from the battery. I switched the Eskom supply off for 30 seconds, and when I switched it on again, at which point the full load of over 3000W continued to be supplied from the battery, and didn't use Eskom. No settings were changed. This seems to be an issue with the inverter, as it should have supplied the full load of 3000W from the battery, and it changed it's behaviour when the Eskom was switched off for a few seconds.

Could this be a configuration issue, or is the Inverter just buggy ?

Al of your individual system screen contents and timer screen settings defines the operation logic of the inverter.

I am back to THAT:

Post all of the setup screen contents here.

Timer/export/grid charge/solar purpose/etc selection all makes a difference
