Notification when updating App
Please can you notify clients who use your inverter system when you are updating the system/app.
It is most frustrating to not be able to monitor the system and not know if it’s a personal system failure or an update happening.

Keith, this may not be your area of expertise but this is basic change management that seems to be letting your customer base down. Could I suggest that you include a service health tab in your website where planned and unplanned outages can be visible to your customers.
