Sunsynk 3 phase overload errors on grid
We recently installed a 3 phase system on a farm. We are experiencing F18 errors when the system is on grid. The current is not showing that high before the trip occurs. We are assuming it must be some inrush current. Can this be related to firmware? Current version 2005-1124

F18 is usually caused by a sudden heavy surge. It can also sometimes be to quick to register accurately on the app (load). Doubt whether grid plays a roll. I found an over current occurs more easily when inverter is on battery only. When on grid as well, the latter seems to "supplement" the sudden shortage. Refer grid "supplement" as an example of "grid support" during a spike or surcharge at 6:40 on the screenshot. The orange below the line is what was taken from the grid
