Owner vs installer user access
Should the owner of a Sunsynk device not have the highest level of access as user, and your installer secondary level with a password you as owner have control over? In other words the owner is the one who grants user level permission and manages the accounts linked to their SunSynk device.
Reason for my asking this.
What happens if your installer's business should close down for example. And they have top level access to your inverter, but you don't.
Such an event would lock you as owner out of top level access of the power station you own. Which could have serious implications for the owner.
Surely the access levels should be device owner as top level user, then installer as second level?
In my case I am not renting the device from any installer - but purchased it outright. And all the hardware of my power station belongs to me.
All the installer did was install and configure it as I requested. Ultimately I should have priority level access to a device that I own and not another party. And I should be able to manage and change all other level accounts as owner.

Similar issue here. I fired my installer for being non-compliant. But they have manager access, I have viewer with some tools activated. So now I need to upgrade my rights, and removing their access asap. Rule number one would be to not give them access ever again, but also to gain admin rights, but without them logging in.
