Sunsynk SG01 LP1 not on approval DNO list for use for export in uk
Hello, have others in uk here come up against this yet? I had my SG01 LP1 supplied
and fitted last October, I'm now looking to change onto an export tariff with octopus flux, part of that process is the the energy supplier has to apply for DNO registration and approval from your local power distributor and grid. I have had my inverters firmware and s/w upgraded to the latest available but another user I uk has said despite having loaded latest s/w it still does not conform to DNO requirements. So my opinion is that this I enter is not fit for purpose under the 2015 sale of goods act in uk, and yet its still on sale now at large uk solar distributors despite still not being on the DNO approval list rendering it unfit for purpose intended for uk export to grid, can others confirm this also? I feel sunsynk should exchange my inverter for the ecco hybrid 3.6kw SG01 LP4 free of charge and labour to fit included, or fix the issue on the SG01 LP1 to make it comply to DNO requirements? Thats good news as I too am thinking of changing to octopus flux from my octopus go tariff, how much per kw for export are u expecting to get paid Steve?
