Sirs,

It is now over a month since Ticket number 35575 was raised with you. To date I have not had a reply regarding this technical problem. In case you have ‘lost’ my original posting it is below:

“I am experiencing severe Radio Frequency Interference form next doors Sunsynk 3.6K-SG03LP inverter which was installed last summer. This exhibits RFI with noise spikes of about -80dBm every 30KHz across the entire high frequency radio spectrum. If the system is switched off this RFI completely disappears.

There are two other licenced radio amateurs that I know of who have raised this problem with OFCOM who are presently investigating this serious problem. There are also possibly other services which are experiencing the same that have not reported it.

On my previous e mail to you Ticket number 34882 dated 9th February was not answered to my entire satisfaction as I asked for details of your Declaration of Conformity. I had expected that you would have produced a signed document showing the harmonised European standards or the UK designated standards which are not the ones you indicate on page 11 of your manual.

It would also seem that my neighbours installation has no Battery Magnetic Ring installed which is shown on page 12 and the fitting instructions on page 16. I have been unable to ascertain if the BHS Magnetic Ring is fitted as indicated on the same pages previously mentioned. Also it is noted that all your videos showing these systems do not appear to have them fitted as the leads are in plastic conduit.

It is time that you sorted out this problem.”

I have also raised this issue again with ticket number 40849 in the hope that it will be investigated and immediate action taken.

I would very much appreciate a response saying what action is being taken and when this will be resolved.

Attached is a photo of the interference 'spikes' across part of the HF spectrum.

Please sort out this problem as your after sales/technical response is extrememly poor.
