Does anybody no if the inverter software can be downgraded to a previous version as my inverter doesn’t work how it should

always feeds back to the grid even with zero export licked, most people do not notice this happening just say its phantom load because it doesn’t show it is going back to the grid on any displays i.e inverter display and app but i have been monitoring it for a couple of days now and it is sending to the grid and draining my batteries, i have found a way to stop it but i have to keep changing a setting but i / we as customers should not have to do this manually, There is a lot of faults that need to be sorted in the software but who takes any notice.
