My Setup is as follows.

2x 8.8Kw inverter (Sunsynk)

24x 540 Pannels

4x 5KW Lithium Batteries (Volta)

Question: Is it possible to increase the allowable Grid usage to 12000w to reduce the load on the batteries during these peaks in early mornings and the evenings when the Grid is limited to.

Explanation: My nonessential load on the odd occasion goes up to ±18 000w

I have a guest house and all my geysers are setup on nonessential load. 3 x 4Kw main geysers (Not on timers for a reason to always assure warm water) and 3 x 4Kw secondary geyser that feed each main geysers and is on timers activated during the day to optimize the PV usage)

Imige below refer: It happens during early mornings before PV can contribute and in evenings, that the load of the main geysers and normal usage exceeds the 8000w Grid feed and then discharge the batteries at high loads. It actual happens on days that the batteries discharge more than 200% of its capacity. I just thought by increasing the Grip capacity I could extend the Battery life expectancy.
