Can't see EAP ********
I don't see the EAP****** network. It is currently connected to my 'old' WiFi, but the signal is terrible so want to switch it to a close by WiFi extender. Am I supposed to un plug it and re connect?

Got in touch with the installer. you are correct if its connected to a network it does not show the EAP*****. They talked me through switching the whole system off and back on again. once done the EAP**** was available in my wifi list to select, and I was able to connect it to my wifi extender.
Wouldnt have been able to do this without the guidance from my installer.
