2 x 3phase systems with 1 x common battery and 1 x Generator

I have want to install the following system for a client. They have 2 x individual 80 amps three phase supplies for 2 x houses.
House 1 will have 3 x 16KW Sunsynk inverters ( 1 per phase) with a 25KW solar panel array, this will be used for backup and energy saving. I would want House 1 to benefit from the solar during the day and charge the battery bank. At night I would want House 1 to use the battery during the night to run the house, if the battery goes to 40% then they will run from the supply authority. If load shedding occurs during the night, the unit will run from the batteries until it reaches 10% and then start the common generator to take the loading and charge the batteries. But during the day it should run off the solar.
House 2 will have 3 x 16KW Sunsynk inverters ( 1 per phase) for back up purpose only. If the battery is depleted to 10% it will start a common generator to take over the load and charge the batteries.
I want to use a common 60 KWH battery bank for the 2 inverters. I want to use the 4 x 15KW Sunsynk batteries, but there are no stocks available, so I am going to opt for either 1 x 60/48 Freedom won battery bank, or 2 x 30/24 Freedom won batteries.
I already have a 130KVA generator to supply the 2 units loads.
My question is the following:
Can I use the common battery bank for the 2 systems, and if so, do I set the House 1 as a master with a can bus system. Can I set House 2 as a slave and to operate on user define with battery voltages. Or will this conflict with them been masters for the separate electrical system.
What must I look out for when doing the setup with regards to the common battery bank.
Will there be any issues with the 2 units running from a common generator.
