Technical Support

I an feeding the Gen/Aux port (Sunsynk 12kw 3 phase, 10kwh batteries) with an output from a 23 panel array of Enphase Microinverters (3 phase). With a series of recent power cuts I have noticed that they cut the solar production to zero, after about 15 mins it starts to feed through again but only on one phase and with a limited number of units. I can't find anything in the logs (SunSynk or Enphase) and tried various timings on booting systems etc. I assume there is something odd with the frequency/voltage being generated by the Sunsynk inverter when the grid goes off and it's running on batteries but there is nothing I can see in the logs.

Any pointers would be helpful.
