16 kW Sunsynk DC Temperature remains on minus 42 degrees even when machine is working hard at night
Hi there, I have been using this machine for nearly two years - no problems with power genertation at all! Since I bought the machine, I realized that the DC Temperature ALWAYS remains on minus 42 degrees, day and night. I have NEVER used my machine to work much at night, 0nly around 450 watts. It never became warm through the night. For the last few days with winter approaching, I allowed for the geysers to get a boost from 05h00-06h00. I became aware that the machine became rather hot, but the DC temperature remained on minus 42 degrees. Just to mention, I have enough battery storage and solar to completely fulfill my needs. What can be done to fix this minus 42 degree issue, do I need to be concerned about it? I am concerned that the machine might overheat if unsupervised. If I feel it getting warm, I artifficially cool it with an external fan. Please advise me what I must do

If sunsynk say there's no DC temperature sensor ,why after 4 months has my issue not been closed out ? I can only assume there is one for safety reasons
