Battery Charge Settings screen must match LiBms ?
Hello.
I have looked for a confirmed correct answer but I have only found different opinions on this question.
Do the voltage and current settings in the Batt charge screen need to match those that appear in the LiBms screen ?
Here are the 3 different answers on this forum. Does anyone know for sure which is correct ?
Yes they do need to match and the owner/installer needs to set them on the charge settings screen to match the LiBms
No, they don't need to match. The settings on the Battery Charge Settings screen will have no effect, the inverter will use what the LiBms tells it to use.
No, they do not need to match, but the inverter will use the lower of the 2.
The settings I am referring to specifically are the LiBms Battery Charge Voltage, Charge Current Limit and Discharge Current Limit
I was talking about the battery type page on the Synsynk inverter and not about LiFePO4 in general.
