How to upgrade inverter software oneself
I can't see the firmware upgrade options on the connect platform as per the video on https://www.sunsynk.org/remote-monitoring
My user access level is 'approved installer' already. According to above said website such a user can "... In addition to this, approved installers can also push updates and upgrades to their customer's inverters...."
Attached is the options I see on the navigation pane on the left as well as the "more" options when on the inverter listing page. From the video there should be upgrade options on both these places on the connect platform.

Thanks Gary, I'm glad that it your instance it went smooth. But this is not always the case. Can you confirm whether you had load and PV input at time of update? Also how long after the request form did the update kick in?
