Sunsynk MPPT Voltage getting stuck
I have a 5kw Sunsynk with 8x550W panels on MPPT1. Every few days the MPPT voltage will get stuck at a much lower value than normal and I get reduced MPPT Power. Has anyone encountered this before and found a fix? Often it will resolve itself the next day only to come back a few days later. And restarting the inverter also seems to fix it. I've updated to the latest firmware as well with no change.
The image below shows a day with it stuck at 200V vs the next day with it behaving normally at around 300V. Output was about 25% lower on the stuck day even though weather conditions were similar.

It looks like you have an MPPT issue. If it was a bad connection, shading or a panel issue you would still see fluctuations, not a flat curve.
You could try swapping the 2 strings at the inverter. If the problem follows the connected string, than the issue is a connection or panel issue. However if the problem stay with the same MPPT controller, than the issue is with that MPPT controller.
