Grid Peak Shaving Bug?

One of our installation consist of 4 x 50kW Inverters in parallel.

We want to use the Grid Peak Shaving Function and limit the total input from the grid to 100kW. If the load is 100kW or less, we have full control of the function. We can set the Master Inverter to any value up to 25000W and it will limit grid input to the appropriate value. For example, if we set the value to 13000W, the total grid input will be limited to 52000W. If we set the value to 20000W, the total grid input will be limited to 80000W.

The problem that we have is, that is soon as the load exceeds 100kW, the grid limiting function ignores the set value if it exceeds 13000W. For example, if the load is 125kW and we set the grid limiting value to 13000W, the input from the grid is limited to 52000W. If we change the value to 14000W, the grid is no longer limited and the system draws the full load from the grid.

We suspect that it must be a software issue on the inverter side as the problem is consistently repeatable.

Can anyone please help?

I have logged this with support and it turns out that "Grid Peak Shaving" is a bit of a misnomer as this is the reply I got:

The power calculation for grid peak shaving does not include the power of the household loads, only the battery charging power, the load power of the Load ports & the power of the smart loads.

Our manual will subsequently change this as well.
