Download file contains only data from 12:00 till 24:00
Since 24 February when the system had problems the download function is programmed wrong. The data is available online but only 12 hours of data is downloaded. I queried this online at Customer Support and was notified that it is receiving attention. That was 2 days ago, any idea when it will be fixed?
