No Import data when PV is 0

Recently installed system
5kw inverter, 13 400w panels, no battery
When my PV is not generating the app shows load =0
This is obviously not true
My installer says the app doesn't show load when PV generation is 0
When PV is working load is shown very accurately. So I feel the CT clamp is working.
So my 2 questions are
Is my installer correct: the app won't display load when there is no PV generation
If my installer is incorrect what is the likely fix?

This has become more a technical crusade against customer support nonsense than needing the data all the time
Will try the setting and see how I get on
