Inverter offline

Hi I'm seeing my inverter as offline and has been for 6 days, time was wrong so unticked sync time to get the time right but have no data showing in the app. Please any pointers have removed dongle and put back and uninstalled app and reinstalled as no update was available. Dongle shows green LED on and red LED on and flashes off every so often. I have also restarted my router several times.
