What's your biggest issue with SunSynk?

Now that SunSynk has hired a new Chief Operating Officer, what issues should he address immediately in your opinion?

Yes there are, quite bad, drawings and one noticable thing missing on the 3.6 inverter. the main problem seems to be lack of support? i can and will point these out.

I have several posts with no answers and no reply, I am not the only one!

1) why does the inverter still take power from my batteries after I have set them to stop suppling the grid. AC coupled???? percentage draining more than 1% per hour

2) why does the EPS line show current flowing with 36 amps, and flow bars, With no EPS Consumer unit installed???

3)Why do you not have set up guides in your manuals for specific instances???

AC coupled only?? for instance??

4) is the 3.6 G98 and G989 approved for use in the UK?????.

Apart from that, yes there are descrepances in your manuals some quite serious drawing errors.

Compared to other user forums I've experienced there appear to be lots of posts/queries here, but very few responses.

Looking at the last 20 posts as I write there are only a total of just over 60 replies. That's really not a sign of an active, involved forum. Especially when 35 of these 60 were in one post!

I don't know the structure or arrangement here. Does the forum have supervisors or moderators or experts, or is everyone just posting and hoping at the same level? I'd love to acquire enough info to become a useful contributor, but so far I can't even locate a users' guide to the Android app.

being honest ,the whole support system is useless ! i have tried contacting by e mail twice ,no reply .

i got through to uk support ,a very nice lady answered and told me ..that the same day someone would contact me 👍that was 10 days ago .

supply and forget seems to be the motto of this company ,the equipment is great ,the support is non existent

hi Ken ,it seems to me that this is a forum thats just been set up and forgotten 🙄a lot of members of the public ,with Zero help from sunsynk ..their customer service would be shocking ,but its not that good ,i only come on to see if a member of the public has managed to answer a question


This is my Sunsynk unit, not yours, and it dosn't belong to the installer.

I wish I hadn't brought this Inverter, yes I,ve got it working but there are lots of other inverters out there!
