Back Feeding into Grid

I am from Witbank, Mpumalanga.
Is there a special setting or Configuration that needs to be carried out on a 8kW Inverter to stop Back feed to the grid? This happens when the PV System supplies more power then the house needs and then the batteries need for charging. Back Feed is Causing the Municipality Prepaid meter to trip.

In my experience in Jhb,even with all setting "correct" the inverter sometimes sends a very small amount of power back into the grid when changing modes. Even this very small feedback puts the prepaid meter into "tamper mode" and needs a tamper code to be reset. A number of the City Power technicians tell me the prepaid meter can be programmed to ignore/disable this tamper setting, but not found one that can or will do this config change, yet.
