I programme every day to charge using Agile. Past coupe of days batteries don't appear to discharge according to schedule.

Contacted customer service they looked and asked permission to do an upgrade. This morning this was the result better but still gibberish. Recontacted them and was told that they had been unable to upgrade and I should contact my installer.

Tried the upgrade myself and it tells me there's no package available.

Any answers?
