Inverter Upgrade
Does anybody else have a problem getting the inverter upgraded i have sent the form of to them 4/5 times but no joy
It was done straight away when i first installed the inverter but does not happen now
No point of a form if it doesn't work, do not even get a response its a shame as i thank the inverter is great

I feel installers and even power end user should have ability to do upgrades themselves and as Keith indicated it is possible via SunSynk connect. But according to https://www.sunsynk.org/remote-monitoring this is only available for 'approved installer' user access level. On the same page there's a form to request changing of user level. I've gone through this process and now I'm a 'approved installer' user on the platform however I do not see the inverter firmware upgrade sections at all.
