Is the system working correctly
I have had a 5kv Sunsynk inverter and a 5 kv Sunsynk battery . Also 10 x 460 w J A solar panels installed
At night between 12 and 15 units are being used from the grid.
Not using a lot of units in the day off the grid
T V , 10 lights and 1 person has a shower,at night
Does this sound right? How can I use less off the grid?

You lucky people in sunny SA (unlike here in the UK), why are you not using direct solar water heating during the day and store the hot water for the next morning? That would seem to save a massive ammount of energy from your PV solar / batteries.
