Aux load spikes when timer selected
Hi everyone new to sunsynk had system 1 month almost. When system set up the selected timer function but didn’t tick any boxes. My house spikes in its consumption even tho no one in also the battery won’t go above 20% which was minimum set. when I de select the timer function house seems to settle and battery charges via solar, but it won’t discharge. Wit’s battery holding at 100% I have to tick the timer to get it to power the house but then it goes up to 4000-6000 watts and drain a 10kwh battery in 1.5 hours
since had solar my electricity usage has gone more so switch grid charge off as costing too much.
Any ideas are gladly welcome whether I have setting incorrect the installers come out and checked all fittings and setting and can’t see any my thing wrong.

One other thing to double check is that your inverter has communication with the battery(ies). Under the LI BMS. You should see something like this:
If you don't and see something like this screenshot then you don't have good comms or the cable between the inverter port and the first battery is either not in the correct ports or is the wrong cable so double-check check that as well.
