Battery not charging if charge drops to 20%
If charge drops to 20% over night, charging won`t re-start with out changing settings to any thing above 20% once it reaches 21% you can put it back to 20 then it works fine till the next night it drops 20% this will be a big problem in the winter.
The installation company don`t seem to be able to sort the problem out !
Any help would be much appreciated

Nope. If there is PV it will use it. Grid, however it will only use to take your battery to the target SOC, and then maintain it there, until it gets PV agàin
