Any word from SUNSYNK
Has there been any info or feed back to anyone from Sunsynk regards fixing the app.
To me it seems that everyone is have problems and I have NOT HEARD A WORK FROM SUNSYNK.

A week on from the OP and my iPad still doesn’t show the data flow graphics despite another ‘bug fix’ by SunSynk today (23 March 2024). I have an iPhone and have deliberately not updated the App on my iPhone, so it still works with the data flow using the original orange graphics. On the iPad, I now leave it logged into the web interface, although I think there’s a slight lag with the data, at least I can see where the panels, my house and batteries are using the sunlight & whether I am exporting to the grid.
