Inverter ignoring settings? battery stopped charging at 50% and won't charge/discharge
I have solar and 10kw battery, yesterday I was selling to grid and it stopped at 50% and won't charge/discharge above or below that. I can change settings and it accepts them but it doesn't reflect in the energy patterns. switching to zero export still sends it to the grid etc, battery first, still sending to grid...
timer has worked fine for weeks, discharging every day until 2am, then full charge before 5am. but now with no settings change, my battery is stuck at 52% and won't charge or discharge from solar or grid. it happened at 7pm UK yesterday.
all my timer settings are set to 10% except 2-5am which should grid charge to 100% but it didn't do that last night
is it failing to take the settings or something. why would it so exactly at 50% at 19:00 when nothing is set to do that?

what a thorough answer, thank you! If the battery has been charged / discharged so hard - have any fuses / MCBs blown? Are there any lights on the battery? Any error messages in app or at inverter? I was on holiday so couldnt check, but back now, the batteries were all showing comms and all settings matched the app, but the 125A fuse breaker between battery and inverter had flipped so that must have been the cause. is there a setting i can change which will slow the output of the batteries when doing a discharge to the grid? but not affect solar to grid? thank you again!
