App connection problems

Since this Morning I’m able to see plant Information only, the equipment information is available, timer settings for instance can be changed but can not be saved. “Command send failure” it says.


More people having this problem?

Does it happen often? Seems not a very stable or reliable platform to me, now somebody onsite has to change charge/discharge settings…

It resolved itself, more related messages in this forum. I think something wrong at the sunsynk backend..
