Access to Sunsynk.net

I want to monitor my plant form the web


I used to have access on the web but since the move I cannot access the plant. The message I receive is that the plant is created. However there is no date when I enter the plant name.


Any suggestions to get access again?

Your issue is caused by the migration/upgrade of the backend.

When you were able to logon previously did you notice which Region you were using, ie. Region1 or Region2. I believe that they are about to migrate all Region1 Plants and users to Region2. This is supposed to be a transparent process, but based on many of the issues reported it looks like this is not the case. You will need to contact support.

If you are not aware you can now contact support using the new in-app Customer Support app. you can access this using the link https://chat.sunsynkconnect.com. You will have to create a user account to use it.
