Region 1 Data Missing

Hi all I have contacted both Live and Technical Support but unfortunately I am either not explaining the issue that I have well enough or my issue is simply not understood at all.  My system was first brought online on the 6th December 2022 (2022/12/06) in Region 1 and then migrated to Region 2 some time on the 7th July 2023 (2023/07/07) but I cannot see any of the data from Region 1, other than the Total (kWh) value on the Output tab under Equipment. If I select Month in the Energy Generation graph section and go back to July 2023 (2023-07), the graph only starts on the 7th July. Selecting any month prior to July 2023 (2023-07) but after my system was first brought online there is no data displayed, only an image with a message of No Record. I have been told I can still I can still access my data from Region 1 in some of the graph options while this has been limited in a downloadable format but I still cannto see any of it.


Does anyone else have this issue? Or what am I missing or not understanding? Cheers

It's not just a Region 1 to 2 swap thing, as I have lots of data from before that.


I have odd pockets of missing data, such as 2 days in December 2023, but i am missing 8 months of history from November 22 to June 23. I had a faulty inverter swapped out under warranty, and therefore had an offline inverter in my plant all the time - a previous ticket consolidated that history only for it to all be lost in the region change. My ticket remains open and 'escalated to the software developer', having originally been sent the article link above as a remedy.


My plant lost 40% of it's entire generation which is mildly irritating to say the least.
